Catering
Breakfast
is served from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m.
- a continental breakfast
- a smorgasbord where you can select from an offer of hot and cold dishes and beverages,
including fruit and vegetables, yoghurts, müesli and sweet pastries.
Dinner
is served at 6:30 p.m. in the form of a set menu - soup or starter, main hot course and dessert - changes in the announced time are possible.
For other events: we offer a selection of various specialities, la minute dishes, grilled steaks, chickens, fish, smoked meats and suckling pigs, including a vegetable buffet with dressings, various supplements and roast potatoes etc.
For long sessions: we offer cold platters, toast, potato fritters, brawn and so on or we have various ice cream sundaes and pancakes for those with a sweet tooth.
We can offer any diet, vegetarian meals, children's meals and so on by agreement.
Group events (training courses, school trips) have an agreed menu served at suitable times.
